We seek the most eco-friendly materials on the market we can find. For now cotton is the most accessible natural fiber. Kapok is used as the filler and use plastic (for now) safety eyes.

Yes they are! We choose our products carefully and make sure our yarn is Oeko-Tex certified. Our safety eyes are made for use with children.

Kapok is a bean fluff from a wild tree in the amazon and other islander areas. It is both hypoallergenic and eco-friendly!

Unfortunately, no. Pets shouldn’t chew toys made of long yarn fibers as they can mess up their digestion. The safety eyes may also become dislodged and become a choking hazard.

Of course! We have made kits in the past with video instructions and intend to have them returned to our store with more helpful videos. Hopefully by Christmas 2024.
